SHIPPING FAQ’s

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$8.95 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA (free shipping over $40)

$14.95 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide (free shipping over $60)

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has left the United States.

Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub. 

International Shipping

All packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Swedish Jealousy.

Where is my package?

I have not received my order confirmation. What do I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at swedishjealousy@gmail.com with your inquiry.

PRODUCT FAQ’S

I have sensitive skin! Can I use Swedish Jealousy products?

Swedish Jealousy uses the highest quality ingredients available. Products are gluten free and free of irritants. That said, everyone's skin is very different so please check the ingredients before purchase and discontinue any product that irritates you immediately and contact a doctor as soon as possible. 

Do you test on animals?

No.

Are your products vegan?

Some of them are and some of them contain lanolin which is a natural and safe product but should not be listed as vegan. We will be rolling out our Vegan line in the near future so sign up to stay tuned!

Can I get samples?

Sorry, we don't offer sampling at this time

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What's your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only issue a refund or replace unused and unopened damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the damaged product to receive return instructions. 

What's your refund policy and when can I expect my refund?

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, please include photos of the damaged/missing product and we will process your refund 1-3 business days after we receive your returned product and send you an email confirmation. Please allow up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to post it to your account.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Paypal.

Is my payment secure?

A: Yes. We never store our customer's credit card info.

 

My payment was rejected. What do I do?

Please check that your billing information is correct on your submission. If it is, please contact your credit card company.  

Can I change my payment method after my order is submitted?

If your product has shipped you cannot change your billing info.
